Purposes of the processing

Managing your account, processing orders, issuing invoices and answering support enquiries. Also sending the editorial letter only if you have explicitly subscribed.

When you consent to analytics cookies we process aggregated metrics to improve the catalogue and the reading experience.

Legal basis

Performance of the sale contract, compliance with tax and accounting obligations, and explicit consent for commercial communications and non-necessary cookies.

Consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing prior to the withdrawal.

Retention

We keep your data for the duration of the contractual relationship and for the periods required by tax and accounting law (typically up to six years). After that period, data is blocked or anonymised.

§ 05

Recipients

We share data only with strictly necessary providers: payment gateway, courier, transactional email platform and hosting. All of them are bound by data-processing agreements.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising purposes.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object, restrict the processing and port your data. Write to hola@terruno.es proving your identity and we will respond within the legal timeframe.

Supervisory authority

If you believe the processing does not comply with the law, you may file a claim with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
