Returns and withdrawal

You have fourteen calendar days from the receipt of the order to return it without justification.

The period starts the day you physically receive the last item of the order.

Owing to their nature, the following are excluded from the right of withdrawal:

• Perishable foods that have been opened or consumed (cut cheeses, sliced charcuterie, opened wines).
• Vacuum-sealed or modified-atmosphere batches whose seal has been removed.
• Products personalised or engraved at the user's request.
• Tickets to tastings and visits with a confirmed date (each event's specific cancellation window applies).

Write to hola@terruno.es stating the order number. We will send you the shipping instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid courier label.

Products must be returned in their original packaging and in resale condition. Please take particular care with wines, preserves and glass containers.

Once we have received the product and verified its condition, we will refund the full amount within fourteen calendar days, through the same payment method used at purchase.

The original shipping costs are refunded; return shipping is borne by the customer except in case of defect, shipping error or damaged goods.

If the product arrives damaged or does not match its profile, Terruño covers the return cost and offers you a replacement or a full refund at your choice.
